About

Tucked away amidst the mountains south of the Fraser River resides one Canada's most scenic waterfalls.

The short hike to the falls is filled with the lush, green foliage of the Fraser Valley including yellow cedars, Douglas-firs, western hemlocks, western white pines, and many other forms of plant life. The forest floors are covered in spongy green mosses and lichens

The first thing visitors see upon arriving at the falls is a cascade of water flowing downward nearly 200 feet (60 meters). The water enters the falls from a small opening and flows outward across a vast expanse of rock. As the water expands over the rocky outcrop, it splinters into hundreds of small, separate flows that create the appearance of a veil.

Know Before You Go

The Park opens at 8:00 a.m. and closes at dusk each day. The falls are about a 15-minute walk from the entrance to the park. Visiting in the wintertime means an increased risk of frozen, slippery grounds around the falls.
